The mission of Solvd Group is to automate the end-to-end motor claims management process by integration of the best-in-class digital and AI-supported tools available in the market. Creating a leading global claims platform as one-stop-shop for insurers will enable an easily integrated, seamless and smooth experience for clients.

To support our team we are currently seeking a proactive Team Assistant (f/m/d) to support our team in the day-to-day matters, fulltime in Munich, immediate start. Aufgaben
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, vendor relations and post deliveries.
  • Providing a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors at the front desk.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence, including agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of HR operational tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding, travel expenses, payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support senior management with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support Solvd Group colleagues with day-to-day matters

Profil
  • You are a people person & a humble team player
  • Your communication- & people skills are top-notch and you can naturally build trust
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • You are native in German & business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in customer service, front office and conference hosting is a plus
  • Previous experience in HR administration or operations is advantageous.
  • You have a curious and sustainable mindset
  • Munich area preferred because of office location
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and in business applications (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
